David Hockney Studio will ship your product according to the type of shipping you selected at checkout, where applicable.. Shipping charges are automatically calculated for you when placing an order. Total shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the all the items in your order.

Shipping times are dependent on the type of shipping you selected at checkout, where applicable.

How to Track an Order that has been Shipped:
If the type of shipping selected at checkout allows for tracking, your order tracking number will be emailed to you once the item has been sent to shipping.

RETURN POLICY
In order to receive full credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. All items being returned must be received in our warehouse within 20 business days (four calendar weeks) of the invoice date. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or complete forfeiture of your credit. All non-defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and must be completed within 30 days of the invoice date.

REPLACEMENT POLICY
Although we at David Hockney Studio are confident in the quality of the products we sell, on rare occasions, a defective product does get through. If you have received a defective product please contact us within 30 days via email to request a replacement. Please refer to the following information when requesting a replacement: (refer to your invoice)
  1. Invoice Number
  2. Invoice Date
  3. Name as it appears in the Bill To section of the invoice

Please refer to the following instructions when sending your original item back:
  1. All items must be in original condition with all packing material, manuals, software, and registration card(s).
  2. Remember to include a photocopy of your original invoice.
  3. Return your package to the address listed below. You must send your package via UPS, Federal Express, or other delivery service with tracking information.
  4. All shipping and handling must be prepaid by the customer.
